TabTrade.com - The Honest Breakdown
Tab Trade — The Short Version
TabTrade launched in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
His background is relevant. It means the person running this has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. Still better than a founder with no industry background.
The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
The instrument list: forex, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a platform that is a few months old, that range is broad.
The Software
Available: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from the same login. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Having both matters. Use whichever you prefer.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Many people like it better than MT5 once they try it.
FIX API is offered for automated strategies but is only on the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is apparently on the roadmap. That should be a good addition when it lands.
Costs
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Suits people who want simple pricing.
Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your real cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not something most retail traders. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
This is the area where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. The average platform operate at a much wider range.
Does it matter? If you scalp, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package makes sense. Few brokers with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.
Safety
This is the thing that matters. TabTrade is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.
But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. It should inform how you think about it.
The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether this deal is worth it comes down to your priorities.
The Bonus
Tab Trade has a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard deposit match. You put money in, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit.
Everything in one place, with regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the here bonus terms, is at tradetheday.com.
